Eric is a client service leader with over 20 years of agency experience across traditional advertising, branding and digital. He has spent his career partnering with world-class brands to solve complex business and marketing challenges, focused on creating lasting impact and driving results. He’s also a husband and a dad, an adventure-seeker, a fitness enthusiast, a burger and pizza aficionado and a proud geek.
Fun fact:
Eric was a finalist to be on the television series Survivor: China.

Born in St. Louis and raised as a Midwesterner, Chris has 25 years of experience fighting to move healthcare marketing forward. He loves spending time with his wife, Tonya, and three daughters, Amber, Julia and Callie. He also loves video games, sports, pop culture, traveling and their two cats, Groucho and LoLo.
Fun Fact: Chris has been a consultant for the NBA for eight years, where he met Michael Jordan, Shania Twain, Kevin Garnett and many others.

BIO
Mindy is an award-winning creative director with 20 years of experience in advertising, storytelling, teaching, brand building and content creation. She’s passionate about helping creatives and brands unlock their superpowers for good. She’s also passionate about old books, new music, big earrings, road trips, roller coasters and Disney adventures with her husband and two teenage sons.
Fun Fact: She’s 4’-11" …which is about the same height as that of Mickey Mouse.

BIO
As chief strategy & innovation officer, Sasha leads the research and strategy functions at BPD. He and his team of seasoned experts are responsible for discovering and charting the path to success for BPD’s clients. As a practitioner, Sasha has spent more than two decades building strategies for leading healthcare brands to fuel breakthrough creative, differentiate their brand and help them grow. Sasha studied international relations at the University of Southern California and aspired to become a diplomat, but he came to his senses after working in Washington and Sacramento. He found his calling in marketing early on, in one of his first professional assignments, when he managed to convince an iconic news magazine show to devote an hour to telling his client’s story to a nationally televised audience.
Fun Fact: An avid Dodgers fan, Sasha spends a fair bit of time watching the team play in what he considers the best sports venue in the world. An avid reader, Sasha loves spending time in libraries, particularly when he’s traveling, where he can discover new and interesting books to read.

Stephanie believes that storytelling can change the world — and there are neither richer nor more emotional stories than those within healthcare. She and her team determine what stories to tell and where to tell them, moving people to engage and act. With 15 years of experience leading content, digital and social marketing within healthcare as well as industries like tech, wellness, food and retail, she helps clients go beyond the expected. She recently completed her MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is an adjunct professor at The University of Oklahoma.
Fun Fact: Health is her passion outside of her work too, as she is a certified health coach, marathon runner, avid Peloton member and hiker.

BIO
Amber Salatino, a Hawaiian native who spent her formative years in West Virginia, has called Cincinnati her home for the past 26 years. With a dedicated passion for agency life, she boasts over 23 years of experience in account and project management. Amber may not be a cook, but she’s always willing to lend a hand with the cleanup, and her love for live music, road trips and her senior pittie Lydia reflects her vibrant interests. For Amber, the combination of laughter and the company of dogs makes everything in life even better.
Fun Fact: Amber loves celebrating her birthday month, and she makes it a point to always do something that she loves on her birthday.
